Cancellation policy Boshuis De Boompjes

At Boshuis De Boompjes we understand that plans can change. That is why we apply the following cancellation conditions to offer you clarity and flexibility.

Cancellations

Up to 30 days before arrival: You can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: You will receive 50% of the paid amount back.

Within 14 days before arrival: No refund will be made.

Amendments

Up to 30 days before arrival: You can change your reservation free of charge based on availability.

Within 30 days prior to arrival: Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No show

If you do not show up without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

Exceptions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as serious illness or death of an immediate family member, we can make exceptions to the above conditions. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.
