General and Booking Conditions Boshuis De Boompjes
When booking a stay at Boshuis De Boompjes you agree to the conditions below. We recommend that you read this carefully.
1. Reservation and Payment
1.1 A reservation is final after receipt of the booking confirmation and payment of the deposit (50% of the total rental amount).
1.2 The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
1.3 For last-minute bookings (within 14 days before arrival), the total amount must be paid immediately.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Cancellations must be communicated in writing or by email.
2.2 Cancellation costs:
Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund.
Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Within 14 days before arrival: no refund.
2.3 No-show: full payment due.
3. Arrival and Departure
3.1 Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
3.2 Check-out must be done before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
3.3 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Stay
4.1 Smoking and pets are not allowed in the forest house.
4.2 The maximum number of guests per accommodation may not be exceeded.
4.3 Guests must adhere to the rest times and not cause any nuisance to others.
4.4 BBQs are only allowed outside with gas
4.5 Gourmet dining, stone grilling and fun cooking outside only.
5. Liability
5.1 Boshuis De Boompjes is not liable for damage, loss or theft of guests' property.
5.2 Guests are responsible for damage to the forest house or its inventory caused during their stay.
5.3 We recommend that guests take out travel insurance.
6. Force majeure
6.1 In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), Boshuis De Boompjes reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases a full refund will be made without further liability.
7.Privacy
7.1 Your personal information will be treated confidentially and will only be used to process your reservation and communicate with you.

8. Complaints
8.1 Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible so that we can offer a suitable solution.
8.2 Complaints after the stay can be submitted in writing or by e-mail within 14 days after departure.
9. Damage
9.1 Damage to the contents/inventory or the holiday home will be fully recovered from the guest.
9.2 If the guest does not report damage, the guest will be liable for the damage in and around the holiday home.
9.3 If the key is lost or lost, € 100 will be charged for the entire set.
